    • No service fee on balances of USD 50.000 / EUR 50.000 or more.
    • Transfer your funds with no amount limits:
      • Incoming: internal transfers from other accounts at the same bank or external from other financial institutions.
      • Outgoing: internal transfers to other accounts at the same bank or external to other financial institutions.
    • Get detailed information on your transactions in your monthly electronic account statement or by login in at BCB Online.

    In addition, the following documents must be included in your application:

    • From your business:
      • Copy of a valid RIF (Fiscal Registration Number).
      • Copy of the Articles of Incorporation or the Commercial Registry.
      • Copy of the Minutes of Shareholders Meetings.
      • Financial statements for the last fiscal year, authenticated by a certified public accountant.
      • Bank Reference letters addressed to Bancaribe Curaçao Bank N.V. no more than 30 days after it was issued.
    • From shareholders, directors and signatories:
      • Copy of current passport of shareholfers/directors/signatories, valid for six (6) months or more. (1)
      • IRS Form W-8BEN or W-9. (3)

    (1) In case of an expired passport, we require a detailed explanation indicating the commitment with the bank to send a valid copy as soon as it is available and to add a copy of a valid identity card. If naturalized, please provide us with a copy of the naturalization certificate.
    (2). If the company was incorporated in the United States, you must complete the W-9 form which can be found in the Forms section on the Customer Service tab.
