To add a new authorized signer, download and complete the Kit for Adding Authorized Signers for personal or business accounts, available on our website in the Customer Service Forms section.
Once completed, send it along with the requested documents to the following email: actualizaciones@bcbbank.com.
To remove a signer from your account, send a duly identified and signed letter to: atencionalcliente@bcbbank.com, requesting the removal, with the following information: first and last name and the identity card of the person(s) to be removed. This request will be subject to review and approval by the bank.
To apply for our credit cards, you must have an account with Bancaribe Curaçao Bank.
If you are already a customer, please download and complete the Credit Card Application form available on our website in the Customer Service Forms section.
Once completed, send it with a copy of your identity document, passport, or valid identity card to the following email address: atencionalcliente@bcbbank.com.
To move funds between Bancaribe Curaçao Bank customer accounts or make transfers to beneficiaries in other banks, log in to BCB Online or complete the transfer request form you will find on our website in the Customer Service Forms section. Once completed, please send it to the following email: transferencias@bcbbank.com.

Download and complete the instructions form for receiving funds via wire transfers in dollars or Euros, available on our web page in the Customer Service Forms section.

Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) are defined as individuals who, due to their current or former position, are in a prominent public function, including heads of state or government, politicians, judicial or military officials, executives in the public area, owners of corporations, of important official political parties, influential members of religious organizations, high officials of nationalized companies or international organizations, artists, athletes, and generally public figures.For their current or immediate past position, they are of additional public interest everywhere.
Likewise, their relatives (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their in-laws) and close associates (colleagues or counterparts, personal advisors/consultants, and others who significantly benefit from being close to the PEP) represent an increase in reputational risk and possible regulatory sanctions.
Below is a list of officials considered PEP:
“High-ranking position” refers to one in which the official holds the authority or responsibility to make political or administrative decisions on behalf of a country.
“Immediate family” refers to spouses, ex-spouses, children, parents, siblings, and partners.
“Close Associate” refers to partners and advisors. Below is a list of individuals considered as “Associated Close”.
