    What do you need to apply?

    For yourself:

    • An active BCB account.
    • Be a resident of Venezuela.
    • A copy of your valid ID (National ID or Passport).
    • Sufficient funds in your account to cover the issuance fee.

    For someone else:

    • A connection to a BCB account holder.
    • Be at least 16 years old.
    • A copy of their valid ID (National ID or Passport).
    • Authorization letter from the account holder (if not a signer on the account), available in the ATC – Forms section of our website.

    Your card, your rules: Know the limits

    • Top-ups from $5 USD
    • Top-up limits:
      • Daily: $500 USD
      • Monthly: $2,000 USD
    • Up to 20 top-ups per month
    • Card validity: 2 years
    • Cash advances:
      • Daily: $200 USD
      • Monthly: $500 USD
    • Up to 20 transactions per day
    • No minimum balance required
    • You can have multiple cards linked to your account
